Hello Loves!
Weather has pretty crappy on our end of East Coast, it rains everyday on my way from work and gets dark and cloudy. You already hear me rant if you follow me on instagram (@closethuntress). My extreme tan, the color of this dress/short/jumper combo and the cloudy weather made for an interesting combination of pictures. But I didn’t mind it in the least.
Health is still in limbo and I am getting by without seeing the face of the gym for the last year and a half. Sometimes when your body needs a break, you just have to resign to the fact that it has to heal before you can start again from scratch. Also positive thoughts: We all live a long life so one or two missed year shouldn’t be too bad. When negative thoughts come clouding in, we gotta battle them with positive ones.
On this particular day I returned from work and wanted to go grab dinner with Mr.Wolf (aka husband) so I thought this will be a nice transition piece. I also decided to pull out the statement ear cuff that I won last year at a blogger event. They had given me such beautiful items to wear and somehow I misplaced this piece. Thank you Hanuel for all the beautiful items. We were struggling to find a spot to shoot that would be quite and serene around dinner time as we live in a pretty urban area and lo and behold there is a cutesy area behind our building that never gets explored by anyone. I am looking forward to sitting and enjoying a bubble tea there when the humidity dies down this September/October.
The jumper is pretty versatile and I almost wanted to wear it to work but the length is what deters me. One can look put together and classy but not everyone will entertain that especially in a workplace 🙂 I also the love buck detailing on each side which further helps cinch the waist for those of you are that have a curvy figure or after a big heavy meal you can loosen them up to make tummy space too he he he 🙂 If you like it check out all the affordable styles I found and linked down below!
